1Cloud Voucher uses only the information needed to assign, secure and account for voucher packs. Customers provide an email address and may optionally have a display name or organization reference.

Why information is used

We use personal information to deliver invitations and one-time codes, display a customer wallet, prevent duplicate redemption, issue receipts, provide support and meet security and recordkeeping obligations.

Retention

Verification data is removed promptly. Unclaimed invitation data is anonymized after the stated retention period. Immutable redemption and audit evidence is retained only for the period described in the organization agreement.

Your choices

Customers may ask the issuing organization to access or correct their voucher information. Requests involving the platform can be escalated through the support contact shown in the customer wallet.
