Voucher terms

Each voucher is issued and honoured by the organization named on its pack. Organization-specific validity, eligible outlets and redemption conditions appear with the voucher.

Using vouchers

• Vouchers are assigned to the recipient and are not transferable.
• Money vouchers are redeemed as whole units. No balance, cash change or cash-out is provided.
• A redemption is complete only when matching confirmation is shown to customer and staff.
• Expired, revoked or already redeemed vouchers cannot be used.

Platform role

1Cloud Voucher provides closed-loop promotional voucher software. It does not accept customer funds, hold stored value, settle merchants or promise government benefits.
